Blueberry Bubbly Cake

Ingredients
Spelt flour
300g
Protein
50g
Plain yogurt
200g
Milk
130 ml
Egg
2 pieces
Coconut oil
25g (melted)
Baking powder
15g
Sweetener
equivalent to 70g of sugar (stevia, erythritol...)
Berries
400g (blueberries)
Preparation process
  1. Wash and dry the blueberries.
  2. Whisk eggs with the sweetener, add oil, yogurt, and milk.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients and add yogurt mixture to it.
  4. Make a dough and pour on a medium sized erased baking tray.
  5. Spread blueberries on the surface of the dough and bake for about 30-35 minutes at 175 °C.
