Lemon Cheesecake in a Glass

Ingredients
Biscuits (wholegrain/ spelt)
50g
Curd cheese
250g
Cream cheese
120g (5% fat)
Lemon
1 piece
Gelatine powder
4g (yellow)
Water
200 ml
Sweetener
Preparation process
  1. Crush biscuits and press down on the bottom of the glass.
  2. Mix curd with cheese, add squeezed  juice out of 1/2 lemon, add sweetener.
  3. Pour curd mixture onto the biscuit base.
  4. Prepare the jelly according to the instructions, add the other half of squeezed juice out of lemon and sweeten it again.
  5. Pour the jelly into the curd and place in a refrigerator.
  6. Decorate to taste.
