Easy Chicken Breasts with Spinach

Chicken breast
500g (frozen)
1 piece
2 cloves
Olive oil
2 tbsp.
Garam masala spice
2 tsp.
Coconut cream
100 ml
Preparation process
  1. Wash the chicken, clean and cut into strips.
  2. Add 1tbsp. of oil, Garam Masala, salt and mix it all together.
  3. Roast the meat for approximately 10-15 minutes in a pan or bake in the oven (for approx. 30 min at 180 °C).
  4. Heat 1tsp of oil in a pot, add finely chopped onion and squeeze garlic.
  5. Fry for a few minutes until onion gets golden brown.
  6. Add spinach and cook briefly.
  7. Add meat to the spinach, season with cream (season according to taste) and heat briefly.
  8. Serve with cooked rice (according to the instructions.
