Dutch cocoa

Milk
30g
Honey

Baking powder

Curd cheese
500g
Plain yogurt
300g
Gelatine fix
50g
Sweetener
Topping
Chocolate
100g (70%+)

Preparation process

The corpus:

  1. Separate the whites from the egg yolks and whisk the egg whites.
  2. Whish the egg yolks with honey, sweetener, and milk
  3. Add protein, cocoa, and baking powder to  yolks
  4. Now, mix in the snow eggs gently
  5. Bake in erased form for approximately 12 minutes at 200 °C

The filling:

  1. Mix curd with yogurt and add sweetener according to taste
  2. We prepare the stiffener according to the instructions and mix into the curd filling
  3. Place the filling on the chilled corpus and store in the fridge (approx. 60-90 minutes)

The Glaze:

  1. Dissolve chocolate in a pot with water
  2. Spread the glaze on the top of the surface of the cake (by brush or spatula)
  3. Let the chocolate harden

*TIP: to stop the chocolate from cracking when cutting the dessert, cut it with a hot knife
