Poppy seed dumplings with blums

Ingredients
Potatoes
450g
Spelt semolina
100g
Spelt flour
40g
Poppy
50g (whole seeds)
Egg
1 piece
Salt
pinch
Ghee
10g (butter)
Sauce
Bluma
200g
Water
50 ml
Aroma
1/2 tsp. (rum)
Sweetener
dle chuti
Preparation process
  1. Boil potatoes with the skin and leave to cool down.
  2. Peel the potatoes and grate potatoes into fine pieces.
  3. Add flour, semolina, eggs, poppy seeds, a pinch of salt and make a smooth dough (hurry when making dough).
  4. Shape the dumplings by your hands and cook them in slightly salted water for about 5 minutes. (Work fast, potato dough begins to thin quickly).
  5. When dumplings are already cooked, pull them out of the water, add ghee so that they won't become sticky and gently stir together.
  6. Cut the blums into thin marigolds and boil with water, sweetener and flavor.
  7. Serve with the dumplings and add Greek yogurt according to taste.
